Patrick Dempsey dazzles at the Venice Film Festival premiere of 'Ferrari'

Patrick Dempsey is more “McDreamy” than ever.

The “Grey’s Anatomy” alum turned heads as he arrived by boat to the 80th Venice International Film Festival in Italy Thursday for the premiere of his new movie, “Ferrari.”

He walked the red carpet in a tuxedo by Brunello Cucinelli, complete with a bow tie, matching dress shoes and a watch with a red band.

Dempsey’s salt-and-pepper hair, which was partially pushed back, appeared to have grown out since his viral buzzcut in December 2022.

The actor, 57, was joined by his wife, Jillian, who wore a strapless ivory gown paired with a black leather jacket.

They were later joined by Dempsey’s co-star Adam Driver, who also looked dapper in a black tux.

The premiere came after the “Enchanted” star was spotted in a striped navy suit while making his way to a photocall.

Dempsey complemented his summer-appropriate ensemble with a beige crewneck shirt and brown loafers.

Following the appearance, fans took to Twitter to swoon over the actor.

“When did Patrick Dempsey get so f—ing foine,” one person wrote.

“Patrick Dempsey got fine in his older age,” another chimed in.

“Would you look at Patrick Dempsey! Well dang he looks good. McDreamy for real,” a third added.

The “Can’t Buy Me Love” star has apparently redeemed himself among fans after completely shaving off his dreamy locks last year.

A video shared to Instagram by his wife in December 2022 captured the moment Dempsey took a razor to his famous head of hair.

“Change is good!” Jillian captioned the clip, though some of the actor’s admirers didn’t think so.

“This isn’t funny Jill, you made him get rid of his hero hair,” one person commented, to which another added, “HIS PRECIOUS HAIR.”

“For the LOVE OF GOD…..WHY??????” a third wrote.

However, one fan disagreed, stating, “He still manages to look good in every hair style [sic].”
